The AD Global Trust is responsible for providing skill development and placement services that take a holistic approach to rehabilitation in addition to providing quality service to the persons with disabilities, women, young people, and general public, including no charge to the needy regardless of caste, creed, or religion.

Self-employment entails not only founding but also managing a firm. We do a thorough assessment of their requirements and skills to identify the type of guidance and management training they require. Following that, the relevant training can be delivered. We provide appropriate assistance and managerial training to a variety of disabled individuals so that they can start their own businesses and become self-employed and independent. We also help them sell their products and services.

Persons with disabilities are given advice and training on how to identify suitable vocations for them and how to maximize the opportunities accessible to them. We assist groups in launching projects that provide jobs for disabled individuals and women. Our objective is to provide consultative, technical, and professional services to medical, educational, and other institutions, as well as students with special needs and others in need.
